AI/ML Engineer for LLMs

Summary

We’re seeking an AI/ML Engineer with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. You'll work on production-level AI systems like LLMs, RAG pipelines, and embeddings, explaining technical decisions to teammates and stakeholders. Requirements include a strong foundation in Python and machine learning, hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, and practical experience with RAG or tools like LangChain. Fluent English is mandatory. Nice to have: experience with MLOps, cloud deployment, or model fine-tuning. This is a long-term, fully remote collaboration.
