Job Qualifications

Five years of IT experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related technologies with focus on AI ethics, responsible AI practices, compliance, or governance, or equivalent, is required.

OR

Bachelor's degree and three years of IT experience artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related technologies with focus on AI ethics, responsible AI practices, compliance, or governance, or equivalent, is required.

Major Duties

Evaluate AI models and systems for potential ethical risks, including bias, fairness, privacy, and accountability.

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ethics and compliance models into AI solutions.

Generate reports of compliance monitoring statistics, investigations, outcomes, and remediations of any non-compliant actions.

Implement processes for ongoing monitoring of AI systems to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness of AI ethics across the organization.

Stay informed on emerging trends, regulations, and academic research in AI ethics and contribute to internal and external publications.

Performs other duties as assigned.
