AI Agent Developer & Mentor – Review, Advise, and Code Alongside Our Team

We are building a sophisticated multi-agent AI system (similar to a private intelligence platform) and need an experienced AI developer to:

Review our current architecture

Mentor our existing developers on best practices

Hands-on coding to demonstrate improvements in key areas

Scope of Work (4 Hours Total)

1 hour: Review our existing AI agent workflow (documents provided)

1 hour: Pair-programming session with our devs to improve one module (e.g., RAG pipeline, agent orchestration with Temporal)

1 hour: Code review and optimization suggestions for our Python/async/LLM routing logic

1 hour: Final recommendations and Q&A

You Are Ideal If You Have

Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, and event-driven architectures

Proficiency in Python, async/await, vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate), and frameworks like LangChain

Experience mentoring or leading technical teams

Knowledge of scraping, proxies, and data privacy in AI systems
