Job Summary
The Enterprise AI Program Specialist will report to the Manager of Enterprise Generative AI. This role is central to the successful execution of the enterprise AI portfolio, ensuring that all logistical, communicative, and operational workstreams function efficiently. While the Design Specialist architects the user experience and the Engineers build the technical backend, the Program Specialist is the operational engine and lead communicator for the district's AI initiatives.

- Strategic Leadership: Skilled at fostering stakeholder buy-in and ensuring new technology initiatives are implemented smoothly.
- Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously, creating systems/processes, and tracking progress while mitigating risks.
- Administrative Excellence: Ability to design and execute high-volume administrative workflows for communication management and recognition programs (e.g., badging).
- Expert Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to create clear, concise content for diverse audiences.
- Interpersonal Mastery: A "people person" with strong collaboration and facilitation skills to build relationships across a complex organizational structure.
- Change Management: Knowledge of adult learning principles and Organizational Change Management (OCM) to drive the adoption of new technologies.
- Analytical Reporting: Demonstrated ability to track program metrics and create clear
Experience Required
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in professional development or training is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a lead teacher in a K-12 classroom is required.
- Experience working in a technology, education, or large enterprise environment.
- Direct experience with technology-focused communications, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Certifications
- PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI-CPMAI)
- Prosci Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
- IAPP Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent experience
Education Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communications, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required
