Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning systems and infrastructure. Develop and implement state-of-the-art ML algorithms and models for various AI applications. Conduct rigorous experimentation and data analysis to validate model performance and drive improvements. Collaborate closely with AI researchers to translate research concepts into production-ready solutions. Optimize model training and inference performance for efficiency and scalability. Develop robust data pipelines and feature engineering strategies. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and related fields. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the team. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to establishing best practices for ML development.
Qualifications
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or AI research. Deep understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries and tools. Strong experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, particularly in a remote setting. Proven track record of contributing to significant AI/ML projects or publications.
