We are currently seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior AI Ethics Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our AI development and deployment practices are conducted with the highest ethical standards, promoting fairness, transparency, and accountability. You will play a key role in shaping the responsible future of AI.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive AI ethics frameworks, guidelines, and policies. Conduct rigorous ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for new and existing AI systems. Advise product development teams on ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle, from design to deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with legal, policy, and engineering teams to integrate ethical principles into AI governance structures. Research emerging ethical challenges in AI, including bias, privacy, explainability, and societal impact. Develop and deliver training programs on AI ethics for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Engage with external stakeholders, including researchers, policymakers, and advocacy groups, to stay informed and contribute to the broader AI ethics discourse. Monitor and audit AI systems for adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements. Contribute to thought leadership in AI ethics through publications, presentations, and participation in industry forums. Champion a culture of ethical responsibility and awareness within the organization. Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, Law, Social Sciences, or a related interdisciplinary field. A minimum of 6 years of professional experience specifically focused on AI ethics, technology ethics, or responsible AI. Demonstrated expertise in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating ethical risks associated with AI systems. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and common AI applications. Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in AI governance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act). Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience in developing and delivering training materials. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, balancing technical and ethical perspectives. A deep commitment to fostering responsible innovation in technology.
