Our client is searching for an innovative AI Ethics & Compliance Specialist to join their burgeoning AI and Emerging Technologies division. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all AI development and deployment practices align with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and societal expectations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing ethical frameworks for AI systems, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with engineering and legal teams to embed ethical considerations into the AI lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, coupled with a strong background in ethics, philosophy, law, or a related field. Experience in policy development, compliance auditing, and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable. You will research emerging trends in AI ethics and regulations, provide training to internal teams, and act as a subject matter expert on responsible AI.
