Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive AI ethics policies, principles, and governance frameworks. Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI systems and applications. Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and product managers to integrate ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle. Monitor emerging AI technologies and regulatory developments, advising on compliance and best practices. Develop training programs and educational materials on AI ethics and responsible innovation. Facilitate cross-functional discussions and working groups on AI ethics topics. Advise on data privacy, bias mitigation, fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems. Engage with external stakeholders, industry groups, and regulatory bodies on AI ethics matters. Investigate and address ethical concerns related to AI development and deployment. Promote a culture of responsible AI development and deployment within the organization. Qualifications:

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Ethics, or a related interdisciplinary field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, data governance, or a related field. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and their societal implications. Familiarity with ethical frameworks, risk management principles, and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience in policy development and stakeholder engagement. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment. Passion for promoting ethical and responsible technology.
