Expertise in AI ethics principles, relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and risk management frameworks is essential. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the societal implications of AI. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain AI ethics policies and governance frameworks. Conduct ethical risk assessments and impact analyses for AI projects. Advise AI development teams on ethical considerations and best practices. Monitor regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance with evolving AI-related laws and guidelines. Facilitate discussions and workshops on AI ethics topics. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and engineering teams to integrate ethical considerations into the AI lifecycle. Develop training materials and conduct awareness programs on AI ethics for employees. Stay current with research and advancements in AI ethics, fairness, and accountability. Contribute to the company's public-facing statements and reports on AI responsibility. Serve as a subject matter expert on AI ethics and governance. Qualifications: Master's or PhD in a relevant field such as Ethics, Law, Public Policy, Computer Science (with a focus on AI ethics), or a related discipline. 2-4 years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, technology policy, or a related field. Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and their potential ethical implications. Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing AI and data privacy. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex topics clearly. Experience working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with diverse teams. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change. Experience in conducting ethical impact assessments is a significant advantage.
