AI Ethics and Compliance Specialist

You will play a critical role in shaping the ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks that govern our AI initiatives. Your responsibilities will include researching and analyzing emerging trends in AI ethics, developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, and future AI-specific laws), conducting risk assessments on AI models and algorithms, and collaborating with engineering, product, and legal teams to integrate ethical considerations into the entire AI lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating training materials and conducting workshops to educate internal stakeholders on AI ethics best practices. Furthermore, you will monitor regulatory landscapes globally, advise on potential legal and reputational risks, and contribute to the company's thought leadership in AI ethics. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, a deep knowledge of ethical principles, and a proven ability to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Philosophy, or a related field. Proven experience in AI ethics, technology policy, compliance, or risk management.
