About the position

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver business solutions across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Accounting functions
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and support strategic recommendations
  • Engage with client stakeholders to gather insights, understand business requirements and document desired outcomes
  • Participate in strategy workshops to document process improvements, KPIs and guiding principles for client programs
  • Create strategic plans and defining metrics for marketing, sales and service improvements
  • Analyze, redesign, and document operational processes to enhance efficiency and business performance
  • Document client business requirements and user stories, as well as current state and future state process workflows
  • Perform configuration/development activities on platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and NetSuite and assist in writing technical and solution design documentation
  • Write and execute unit and user acceptance test scripts and assist in creating and delivering end-user training materials
  • Support financial modeling to evaluate strategic initiatives and align budgets with business goals

  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and July 2026
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Reside within 50 miles of your assigned office prior to your start date; our culture emphasizes team collaboration within a hybrid work model
  • Ability and willingness to travel Monday – Thursday (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe
