Reinforcement Learning Engineer

A company is looking for an RL Infra Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain the infrastructure for the reinforcement learning framework to support RL-driven gameplay systems

Collaborate with gameplay teams to implement machine learning solutions that enhance the gaming experience

Manage the technical roadmap for RL infrastructure, focusing on reliability, scalability, and iteration speed

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or related fields

Strong proficiency in Python and C++

Experience with game development workflows, including debugging and version control

Solid understanding of deep neural network architectures and reinforcement learning concepts

Experience with deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
