A company is looking for an AI Strategy & Business Transformation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning AI capabilities with critical business priorities

Lead the commercial strategy for high-stakes pursuits by crafting insight-led narratives

Establish a value realization framework to track strategic business outcomes in collaboration with Customer Success and Professional Services

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in sales strategy or consultative sales within enterprise software, cloud, or AI-focused organizations

Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders

Experience in developing business cases rooted in financial metrics such as NPV and IRR

Ability to lead and collaborate across diverse internal teams to drive complex deal orchestration

Results-driven mindset with capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
