Clinical AI Integration Specialist

A company is looking for a Clinical AI Technical Integration Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Support VistA and Ambient AI Scribe interface testing and validation across pilot and go-live sites

Engage in technical troubleshooting and operational support, including real-time issue resolution and documentation

Coordinate with vendors and escalate technical issues to appropriate support teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

10+ years of experience in supporting technical systems and healthcare technology environments

Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing root cause analysis

Proven ability to support testing activities and validation workflows

Experience coordinating with engineering teams and operational support organizations
