Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

Develop and implement cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.

Drive the research, design, and development of innovative AI/ML models and algorithms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into Verizon's products and services.

Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in AI/ML technology and identify opportunities for implementation in the company.

Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and processes for AI/ML development and deployment.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to guide decision-making and problem-solving.

Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality and efficient code.

Mentor and coach team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge.

Communicate and present complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

Continuously monitor and evaluate AI/ML models and algorithms for accuracy, efficiency, and performance.

Identify and resolve any technical issues or roadblocks in the development process.

Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML models.

Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for new AI/ML team members.
