Automation / AI Full stack developer (Python + React) - Build Internal AI Plattform

We are building an internal platform that automates the creation and management of employer branding profiles across platforms like kununu, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

The system will

• collect company data from websites and public sources
• generate employer branding content using AI
• store and manage data in a structured database
• provide a dashboard for our operations team
• automate repetitive workflows where possible

We are looking for a hands-on full-stack developer who can build this MVP system from scratch.

This is a practical product role focused on automation, AI integration, and internal tooling, not just frontend work.

Main Responsibilities

Build the first version of our platform including:

• backend API and database
• company data collection pipeline
• AI content generation pipeline
• internal operations dashboard
• automation tools for repetitive workflows

Required Skills

Strong experience with

Backend

• Python
• FastAPI or similar framework
• REST API development

Frontend

• React or Next.js
• building dashboards or internal tools

Database

• PostgreSQL

Automation

• Playwright / Selenium / Puppeteer

AI Integration

• experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)

Infrastructure

• AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Docker preferred

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who

• has 5+ years development experience
• enjoys building systems from scratch
• understands automation pipelines
• has built SaaS tools or internal platforms before
• can work independently and propose architecture

Estimated timeline: 4–8 weeks for first version
