Job Description

I am looking for a top-tier Filipino content creator or small Filipino creative agency with strong skills in AI-driven video production, advanced editing, motion graphics, and modern branding design.

I want someone (or a small team) who can deliver beautiful, clean, stunning visual content that matches the quality of high-end European studios, combined with the technical editing abilities typically seen in India — while maintaining the professionalism, English communication, and reliability the Philippines is known for.

This role is long-term and will grow into multiple projects and potentially multiple team members as workload increases.

I prefer someone who already has access to multiple creatives or is part of a small agency/studio.

Responsibilities

Create professional AI-enhanced videos, ads, reels, and promotional content

Design premium-quality visual assets (product images, graphics, branding materials)

Produce short-form and long-form video content using AI tools + advanced editors

Build motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and dynamic visuals

Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with consistent quality

Ensure fast and dependable 24–48 hour turnaround times

Work with a strict policy of no human faces/people in any visual content

Communicate clearly in English and collaborate smoothly

Scale with the business by taking on more projects and possibly extra team members

Required Skills & Tools

You must be highly skilled in both design and technical editing, specifically:

AI Tools

Midjourney or Stable Diffusion

Pika Labs / Runway ML

InVideo

AI motion or animation tools

Canva (advanced level)

Editing & Design Tools

CapCut (pro level)

Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve (bonus)

After Effects or motion graphics tools (ideal)

Photoshop / Illustrator (bonus)

Preferred Experience

Worked with e-commerce, Amazon sellers, creators, business brands, or real estate

Experience with creative agencies or studios

Ability to produce high-end video ads similar to European-quality reels

Experience with complex transitions, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling

Comfortable learning and using new AI tools fast

Experience leading or being part of a small creative team is a big advantage
