I’m seeking ONE senior expert who can help me design the full project, including solution offerings, operating model, go-to-market plan, and client-ready materials.

This is not a technical engineering role — it is a strategy + AI product design + light technical validation role.

You will work directly with me (founder) to turn the concept into a complete, professional, ready-to-launch consulting model.
