Job Title: Senior AI Consultant – Mortgage & Generative AIJob Description

We are looking for a seasoned AI Consultant with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, along with deep domain expertise in Mortgage Lending.

The ideal candidate is a full stack AI engineer capable of designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions end-to-end — from classical ML models to GenAI-driven intelligent agents — across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

This is a client-facing role combining technical excellence with consulting expertise, involving pre-sales, solutioning, rapid prototyping, and demo development for enterprise customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12–15 years of total experience in AI/ML, including at least 2+ years in Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.
• Experience across AWS / Azure / GCP for AI solutioning and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and API development (FastAPI, Flask).
• Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, Azure ML, or Kubeflow.
• Deep understanding of mortgage lifecycle processes and industry use cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface with both CXOs and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
• Knowledge of Responsible AI practices, bias detection, and model interpretability.
• Exposure to multi-agent architectures and enterprise AI governance.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
