We’re looking for an innovative Technical Architect to lead the integration of Generative AI across our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, forward-thinking, and passionate about transforming how modern engineering teams build software.

You will drive AI-powered engineering productivity, build custom LLM/RAG solutions, and partner closely with both internal teams and external customers to reimagine the future of software development.

Key Responsibilities

Design GenAI-driven SDLC frameworks integrating AI across requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment

Enable internal teams with guidance, training, and workflow automation using GenAI tools

Build custom AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, vector search, and AI agents

Fine-tune open-source LLMs for internal engineering use cases (good to have)

Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI tools, frameworks, and techniques

Advise customers on GenAI adoption strategies, SDLC modernization, and AI-driven engineering

Deliver workshops & adoption programs enabling customers’ engineering teams

Act as a hands-on technical expert, especially in coding, automation, and architecture

Must-Haves

✔ 8–12 years of software development experience (max 15 years)

✔ Strong background as Technical Architect / Lead Engineer

✔ Hands-on coding expertise (Java / .NET / C++ — tech stack flexible)

✔ Proven experience building enterprise-scale applications

✔ Deep experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, embeddings

✔ Experience building AI agents & automation workflows (LangChain preferred)

✔ Strong understanding of the full SDLC & Agile methodology

✔ Excellent communication, customer-facing skills, and ability to influence stakeholders

✔ BE degree (CS preferred)

✔ Experience Applying AI Tools For

• requirements analysis

• automated testing
• intelligent code reviews
• measurable productivity improvements

Work Authorization

USC / GC / L2 / H4 EAD / H1 acceptable

(GC processing after 24 months)
