Prompt Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Prompt Engineer to design, refine, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI systems. This role bridges the gap between human language and machine understanding, ensuring AI outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and test high-quality prompts to guide AI models in producing precise, context-aware responses.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and developers to integrate prompts into applications and workflows.
• Analyze model outputs and performance metrics to iteratively improve prompt effectiveness and reliability.
• Document prompt engineering methodologies, best practices, and style guidelines.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI, natural language processing, and generative technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong understanding of natural language processing, machine learning fundamentals, or AI model behavior.
• Excellent command of English language nuances, with outstanding writing and editing skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to run experiments, interpret results, and refine strategies.
• Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages is a plus.
