Conversational AI / Chatbot Developer

We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI / Chatbot Developer with a strong background in chatbot development, intent training, and cloud-based deployment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and optimizing conversational AI solutions using modern tools and best practices.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of overall software delivery experience.

3+ years of chatbot development experience using IBM watsonx Orchestrate or similar conversational AI platforms, such as:

Google Dialogflow CX

LivePerson

Amazon Lex

Kore.ai

3+ years of experience training and improving intent recognition by curating appropriate training datasets.

3+ years of experience applying Conversational AI best practices, including NLP techniques and training data optimization.

1+ year of experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, unit testing, and source code management.

1+ year of knowledge of cloud development and deployment principles.

1+ year of backend (server-side) development experience in Java, Node.js, or Python.

1+ year of multi-language development experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.

1+ year of experience working in an Agile environment, with knowledge of:

DevOps approaches

End-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes

Business requirements analysis
