Cofounder-Level Strategy Operator (Former Consultant)

Title: Founding Team Member, Strategy

Location: Fully Remote Compensation: $120-160K base + equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)

Stage: Pre-seed, 6 enterprise customers including PwC and Deloitte

We replace weeks of market research with causal answers in minutes. Our platform runs discrete choice experiments and behavioral simulations that predict how people actually decide, not what they say in surveys.

Enterprise teams use us for pricing, product strategy, and portfolio decisions. We've validated against hundreds of academic studies and cut research costs by 90%.

Why This Role

Consulting is slow, expensive, and stale by delivery. We're building the software replacement.

You've lived inside consulting. You know the workflows, the slide decks, the painful turnaround times. You want to rebuild those processes as product.

What You'll Do

• Deconstruct consulting engagements into repeatable product workflows
• Run customer engagements directly, translating executive questions into decision models
• Shape product roadmap based on real enterprise patterns
• Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market alongside founders
• Work directly with CEO on company strategy

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years in management consulting (MBB or strong boutique)
• Owned strategy work for C-suite stakeholders
• Understands how executives actually make decisions vs. how they say they do
• Can move between customer calls, product specs, and investor narratives
• Wants to build, not just advise

Helpful but not required

• CPG, pricing, or growth strategy experience
• Previous startup experience as operator or early employee
