The Role

We are looking for an exceptional AI Full-Stack Engineer to join as one of our first hires—a true founding engineer. You will have massive influence over architecture, technical direction, engineering culture, and product velocity.

You’ll work closely with committed founders and highly engaged customers. You’ll own major product surface areas, solve hard problems, and build systems that haven’t existed before.

What You’ll Do

• Build core features of our SaaS platform across both frontend and backend
• Lead development in React + TypeScript with a high level of proficiency
• Contribute to and extend our Python backend services
• Work with (and help design/build) AI agents powering key product workflows
• Design and refine system architecture as we scale from early prototype to production
• Collaborate directly with founders to deliver a high-quality product fast
• Talk to customers to understand needs, workflows, and edge cases
• Take initiative and solve problems across the stack—even in unfamiliar territory
• Help establish development practices, code quality standards, and engineering process
• (Nice to have) Assist with deployment pipelines, cloud environments, and devops setup

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Expert-level React and TypeScript experience
• Strong Python skills, particularly in backend development
• Proven track record building and shipping complex applications
• Ability to work autonomously, handle ambiguity, and drive projects forward
• Desire and capability to learn and work with AI/agentic systems
• Startup-ready mindset: initiative, ownership, curiosity, resilience

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), pipelines, or devops
• Familiarity with LLMs, agentic architectures, vector search, or model orchestration
• Background in cybersecurity, threat modeling, or regulated industries (medical/industrial)
