Position: AI Engineer (Multimodal Focus)

Role Overview: We seek an AI Engineer to develop vertical AI agents with conversational and voice capabilities. You'll create Lang Chain/Lang Graph-based systems on Vertex AI that interpret emotional context from speech, text, and visual inputs.

Core Responsibilities: Vertical AI Agent Development

• Build domain-specific wellness agents with coaching reasoning capabilities
• Implement agentic frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph) for RAG systems
• Develop specialized memory architectures for long-context personalization

Conversational & Voice AI Integration

• Create emotion-aware dialogue systems using speech/text inputs
• Optimize voice AI pipelines (ASR/TTS) with emotional prosody control
• Design real-time conversational interfaces for Flutter apps

Multimodal Emotion Intelligence

• Engineer cross-modal fusion techniques (voice tonality + text sentiment)
• Fine-tune LLMs (Gemini, Claude) for emotional alignment and ethical responses
• Research affective computing methods for cultural sensitivity

Performance Optimization
