THE ROLE (a note from Ryan)

I'm looking for an obsessed builder. Someone who loses sleep over what's possible with AI.

The role can be simplified into this objective: turn AI into massive leverage across the entire company.

You’ll work directly with the founder designing and building AI-powered systems that:

• automate entire workflows
• deploy intelligent agents across the business
• accelerate decision making
• give the team superpowers

Real systems that people use every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build internal products: Lead enrichment engines, AI-powered CRMs, research agents, content pipeline tools, internal “Copilots” for key functions.
• Design agentic workflows: Multi-step systems: scrape → enrich → reason → act. Think LangGraph / CrewAI / custom orchestrations, not “single prompt, single response.”
• Turn chaos into systems: Take messy, founder-brain processes (figuring out new offers, prospecting angles, client reporting) and encode them into repeatable automations.
• Integrate the stack: YouTube Data API, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, HubSpot/Pipedrive, Clearbit/Hunter/Apollo, email providers, cloud functions, vector DBs, MCP/A2A tools, etc.
• Prototype stupid fast Weekend hacks, 1–2 day builds, relentless iteration. We ship ugly v1s, then polish. You’re allergic to waiting.
• Monitor and harden: Add guardrails, evaluation, logging, and “oh sh*t” fallbacks so agents don’t go rogue and our automations don’t quietly break.
