Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Software Engineer role located in Mount Dora, FL. The Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications to meet the needs of the company. Day-to-day tasks include creating clean and efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and debugging systems, and implementing software solutions that align with business objectives. The role also includes participating in system architecture decisions and ensuring code quality through best practices and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Proficient in Programming languages such as Java, Python, or equivalent
• Knowledge and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts
• Experience with debugging and testing software is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
