We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the charge in this new era of AI-powered analytics. This is a high-impact role that will shape the future of our product and have a profound impact on how people interact with data. You will be responsible for defining and executing our strategy for integrating AI into the core of the Sigma experience, from supercharging our existing workflows to creating entirely new ways for users to ask and answer questions.

What You Will Be Doing

Define the vision and strategy for AI-powered data exploration at Sigma. You will own the roadmap for our Gen AI initiatives, from initial concept to launch and beyond.
Weave AI into the fabric of our existing spreadsheet-style workflows. You will identify opportunities to remove friction, accelerate insights, and make our product even more intuitive for our existing users.
Working extremely closely with customers to understand how to best solve their pain points and unlock new capabilities with AI. This is a product area that will require intense experimentation, and customer feedback will be your source of truth.
Create new and innovative interfaces for data exploration. You will lead the development of new experiences, such as Natural Language Query (NLQ), that will make data accessible to an even broader audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring your vision to life. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to build and launch world-class products.
Define and analyze metrics to measure the success of your products. You will use data to inform your decisions and iterate quickly to deliver the best possible experience for our users.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has

A passion for building innovative and user-centric products. You are obsessed with understanding user needs and creating elegant solutions to complex problems.
An understanding of the AI/ML landscape. You are familiar with the latest trends and technologies in Generative AI and have experience building AI-powered products. (We don’t expect you to be an expert in GenAI to succeed in this role.)
A strong background in data analytics or business intelligence. You understand the challenges and opportunities in the data space and are passionate about empowering users with data.
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and are able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are able to articulate a clear and compelling vision and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is 210-255K. The exact salary will be determined by the candidate's experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including equity, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
