AI Strategy Consultant for Frontier Technology

Join our dynamic Frontier Tech Consultant team as an AI Strategy Consultant, where you will play a crucial role in driving future revenue by ensuring successful execution of innovative product experiments with the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be vital in managing experiment design and supply operations, collaborating closely with the SPM team and cross-functional partners including EPD, Customer Operations, Product Operations, and Product Managers.

In this role, you'll tackle complex operational challenges and focus on enhancing instructions and training for projects, all while maintaining our commitment to quality. You will lead a team of task managers, serving as the bridge between customer needs and tasker communication. We seek a scrappy, analytical, detail-oriented, and empathetic individual who is driven to inspire results and achieve outcomes.

Your responsibilities include

• Designing new product experiments.
• Building ground truth datasets to train Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Assisting in the development of training and testing materials for small-scale pipelines.
• Critically defining quality standards for new products.
• Creating and managing essential operational processes for various Generative AI experimental projects.
• Establishing effective feedback loops between frontline teams, product management, strategy, and customers.

Preferred qualifications

• A strong foundation in machine learning, either as a PhD candidate in the final years or a recent graduate.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness required to deliver results.
• Proficiency in analytical planning and process improvement.
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Technical skills, including familiarity with APIs, large language models, machine learning concepts, and querying languages like SQL.

Compensation: $60-80/hr

Commitment: This position is fully remote, US-based, part-time (10-20 hours per week), and ongoing, contracted through HireArt.
