10+ years of strategic consulting experience with large clients and responsibility for recommendations from vision to operationalizing roadmaps.
5+ years of proven experience managing diverse teams in a flexible environment.
Expertise in AI capabilities, including researching, publishing, and implementing AI solutions.
Strong understanding of overall AI challenges and technology trends, with the ability to translate these into successful strategies.
Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Strategy, Product Management, Agile, Program Governance, Experience Design, Change Management, and/or Value Realization.
Knowledge of Salesforce products and capabilities, with experience designing and/or implementing Salesforce solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to create content for enablement.

Proven success in a matrixed and highly collaborative environment.
Prior success in emerging tech, regulatory/policy environments, or other AI implementations.
