[Remote] Product Owner / Technical Lead (.NET) – Co-Development Healthcare Platform

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rangam is seeking a hands-on Client Product Owner with strong .NET technical leadership to co-develop an enterprise healthcare platform. This highly client-facing role involves owning the product roadmap, leading technical discussions, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, roadmap, and release planning around real healthcare workflows and business goals.
• Translate platform needs into prioritized deliverables and demo-ready outcomes with measurable acceptance criteria.
• Lead technical discussions with engineering teams; influence solution design for .NET microservices, integrations, data exchange, and performance.
• Review architecture decisions, API contracts, sequence flows, and infrastructure impacts with the development leadership.
• Proactively manage technical feasibility, dependency risks, and solution trade-offs.
• Demonstrate features to customer stakeholders; drive consensus on functional and technical outcomes.
• Coordinate deeper walkthroughs with solution architects on APIs, identity services, data mapping, deployment models, and operational readiness.
• Own the narrative with the client: risks, delivery progress, sequencing, and milestone confidence.
• Define acceptance criteria with both business and system lenses; ensure traceability from concept to validated output.
• Partner with QA and engineering on validation checkpoints using realistic healthcare datasets and scenarios.
• Secure formal customer acceptance required to release co-development funding tranches.
• Ensure design and delivery decisions align to Medicaid workflows, member/provider journeys, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain demo-safe environments and standards that support compliance, accessibility, and enterprise security expectations.

Skills

• 7–12+ years as a Product Owner / Product Lead / Technical Product Manager for enterprise platforms.
• Deep .NET or Microsoft stack background (prior hands-on coding or strong technical leadership is required).
• Proven success driving demo-driven customer approvals, onboarding, and enterprise adoption.
• Strong understanding of healthcare or Medicaid (payer, provider, or state systems preferred).
• Hands-on fluency with REST APIs, JSON, microservice design, OAuth2/SSO, and data integration patterns.
• Confident communicator: lead client demos, influence stakeholders, and operate at VP/CXO levels in enterprise settings.
• Comfortable working fully remote in U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
• Experience delivering co-developed or white-label platforms within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.
• Previous collaboration with partners such as Carelon Global, Optum Global, or similar healthcare technology organizations.
• Familiarity with CMS guidelines, Medicaid platform rules, HIPAA, and state-level compliance.
