We’re Hiring: RPA UiPath Architect 🤖

Location: Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX (3 days/week onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking RPA UiPath Architect to join our automation team and help drive enterprise-scale intelligent automation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can own the end-to-end RPA lifecycle—from opportunity assessment to production support—while designing scalable, reusable automation solutions.

🔍 Role Overview

As an RPA UiPath Architect, you will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, and support robust UiPath-based automation solutions. You will play a key role in standardizing frameworks, leveraging AI-powered automation, and ensuring production-ready deployments.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to identify and assess automation opportunities
• Design and develop enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath best practices
• Build and support unattended bots
• Integrate automations with RESTful APIs and web services
• Leverage UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, and OCR for cognitive automation
• Implement automations using UiPath REFramework and modern UI automation techniques
• Apply version control and CI/CD practices using GitHub or similar tools
• Develop reusable automation components and libraries
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support automations in production environments

🎯 Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in enterprise RPA development
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Experience integrating Office 365 within automation workflows
• Strong background in API-based integrations and web automation
• Hands-on experience with UiPath AI/ML components (AI Center, OCR, Document Understanding)
• Solid understanding of REFramework and modular design patterns
• Experience with source control systems (Git/GitHub) and deployment automation
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

➕ Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD)
• Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere)
• Strong learning mindset and adaptability to emerging technologies
