Purity Debt Solutions is seeking a highly capable Systems, Data & AI Operations Engineer to own and evolve our technical foundation while actively advancing business intelligence and AI-driven automation.
This role begins with responsibility for infrastructure stability and operational systems, then transitions heavily into data engineering, analytics, dashboards, and applied AI once core systems are established.
This is not a traditional IT Administrator role.
It is a hybrid position combining

You will work directly with leadership to transform raw operational data into actionable insight and intelligent business systems.
Core ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Systems
- Manage Google Cloud environment (Compute Engine, storage, networking)
- Administer Google Workspace
- Support CRM systems (Zoho or equivalent)
- Support phone systems (RingCentral or similar)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding/offboarding
- Monitor uptime, performance, backups, and security
- Maintain system documentation and architecture diagrams
- Coordinate vendors and external technical partners
- Handle patching, upgrades, and environment configuration
Data Engineering & Analytics
- Design and maintain ETL-style pipelines
- Cleanse, normalize, and structure operational data
- Work extensively with Google BigQuery
- Build reporting datasets across:
- Marketing
- Sales
- CRM
- Web traffic
- Call systems
- Perform SQL-based analysis and modeling
- Develop dashboards and web-based analytics views
- Conduct log analysis for debugging and monitoring
- Support attribution, funnel analysis, and ROI reporting
AI & Automation
- Actively use modern AI tools including:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Cursor
- Agentic workflows
- Build automation scripts (Python)
- Create AI-assisted internal tools
- Prototype intelligent business workflows
- Support development of AI-powered operational systems
- Help design agent-based processes for reporting, monitoring, and analysis
Required Skills
- Strong Mac OS / Linux experience
- Cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud preferred)
- CRM platforms (Zoho or equivalent)
- Phone systems (RingCentral or similar)
- SQL (required)
- Python scripting
- BigQuery or data warehouse experience
- ETL concepts and implementation
- API usage and integration
- GitHub version control
- Basic web development (HTML / JavaScript)
- Dashboard creation (any framework)
- Comfortable working with Large Language Model tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
