Role: Senior Generative AI Developer

Location: Irving, TX / Tampa, FL / Jersey City, NJ (3 days onsite per week)

Duration: Full time with all the benefits

Note: Only for USC/GC , H4 EAD and OPT EAD

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and cloud platforms to design and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The role involves building scalable AI architectures, developing APIs, and integrating AI systems with existing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions using RAG frameworks.
• Architect scalable and secure AI-driven platforms.
• Build and optimize APIs using FastAPI.
• Implement data ingestion, preprocessing, and retrieval pipelines for large knowledge bases.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Optimize performance of AI models and APIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python and FastAPI expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and RAG architectures.
• Experience with system architecture and distributed applications.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models.

Preferred Skills

• LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
