Product Manager, Generative AI

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the Generative AI product portfolio, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competition, and use this information to inform product development and positioning.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.

Define and maintain product pricing, positioning, and messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition to target audiences.

Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts, monitor product performance, and make data-driven decisions to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Stay up-to-date on industry and technology trends, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate the Generative AI product portfolio.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive product awareness and adoption.

Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and industry influencers to gain insights and support for the Generative AI product portfolio.

Lead and mentor a team of product specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.

Represent the company and the Generative AI product portfolio at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote brand awareness and build relationships.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for pharmaceutical products, and work closely with regulatory teams to obtain necessary approvals for new products or product changes.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team and across the organization.

Act as a subject matter expert for the Generative AI product portfolio, and provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to senior management, and make recommendations for strategic decisions to drive product success.
