The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Consultant who will serve as the local growth and partnership lead for UPS across Minnesota and Wisconsin.

In this role, you’ll translate eCommerce business goals into clear digital marketing strategies, support UPS reps during sales calls, identify opportunities where NetElixir’s solutions can help customers grow online, and represent NetElixir as a trusted partner committed to measurable results. A major focus of this role is driving new sales opportunities, expanding market presence, and strengthening NetElixir’s footprint across the MN/WI UPS ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

1. Partner Relations & Partner Enablement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UPS Sales and Marketing teams across MN/WI.
  • Join UPS reps on customer visits and discovery calls, identifying growth opportunities and positioning NetElixir’s solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor helping UPS position digital marketing as a key driver of customer success.
  • Share ongoing updates and success stories to demonstrate impact and strengthen alignment.

2. Business Development Support

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with UPS customers who fit NetElixir’s Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Coordinate with NetElixir’s internal sales and marketing teams to schedule strategy calls, prepare proposals, and follow up on opportunities.
  • Track activity, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce (or another CRM) to ensure full visibility into regional growth.

3. Market Development & Local Activation

  • Plan and execute local market development initiatives (workshops, lunch-and-learns, client showcases) in collaboration with UPS.
  • Act as the local brand ambassador for NetElixir—boosting awareness of our digital expertise and AI-driven innovation.
  • Represent NetElixir at regional events, trade gatherings, and UPS customer meetings.

Who You Are

Experience

  • 2–4 years in digital marketing, partner sales, or business development.
  • Familiar with core digital marketing channels: search, social, SEO/GEO, web development, email, programmatic, analytics, and eCommerce growth.
  • Experience in an agency or partnership environment is a plus.
  • Consultative sales experience is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
