The role involves training AI models in marketing workflows, curating datasets, and partnering with product and ML teams to design intelligent marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Train AI models to understand marketing workflows, logic, and language.
• Curate and label datasets — from ad copies to customer segments.
• Simulate real-world marketing processes (planning → execution → measurement → optimization).
• Evaluate AI-generated content for creativity, tone, and brand alignment.
• Partner with product & ML teams to design intelligent marketing tools — like campaign optimizers, predictive models, and AI marketing assistants.
• Stay ahead of the curve on marketing tech, data platforms, and AI innovations.

Skills

• 7–12 years of experience across digital, social, performance, or brand marketing.
• Expertise with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker, or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience in campaign strategy, automation, analytics, and customer journey mapping.
• The ability to translate complex marketing processes into data or documentation for AI teams.
• Excellent communication skills — you can speak both marketing and machine.
