[Remote] Language Model Trainer – APIs & JSON- Italian [6 Weeks Contract]

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mogi I/O is a company focused on OTT, podcast, and short video applications, and they are seeking a Language Model Trainer fluent in Italian. The role involves enhancing and fine-tuning large language models by designing multi-turn conversations that simulate realistic interactions between users and AI assistants.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-turn conversations simulating interactions between users and AI assistants.
• Emulate both user and assistant roles, including tool usage and function calls.
• Ensure logical flow, task feasibility, and proper API/tool usage in dialogues.
• Craft realistic, engaging, and instructional conversations following quality guidelines.
• Iterate on conversation examples based on feedback to improve clarity and realism.
• Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
• Strong grasp of APIs, JSON, and logical problem-solving.
• Experience with LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Fluency in Italian (writing & speaking).
• Creativity and attention to detail in scenario design.
• Previous work with AI, LLMs, or conversational data.
• Familiarity with programming languages or tech stacks.
• Understanding of real-world assistant behavior and tool-based simulation.
