📝 Rquirements

We require candidates to hold either a Master's or Ph.D. degree in advanced mathematics, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science, or deep learning from an accredited institution. Additionally, a minimum of 10 years of experience in deploying machine learning algorithms is essential. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree may substitute for a Master's, provided you have 17 years of relevant experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong software engineering skills and have capabilities in testing and evaluating AI/ML models. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

As an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and implement AI/ML algorithms aimed at addressing various business challenges. Your models should be adept at learning and making predictions based on the defined business logic to meet customer needs. You’ll need to have a solid understanding of model architecture, data pipeline interactions, and the application, interpretation, and presentation of metrics. Familiarity with core principles of application development, infrastructure management, data engineering, and data governance is also needed. You will be responsible for creating scalable solutions that enhance performance through continuous training, deployment, monitoring, and improvements based on user and system feedback. If leading geographically diverse teams and serving as the primary point of contact for AI-related issues, exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial.
