Job Overview

A Business Solutions Architect (AI) identifies high priority customer business ROI use case opportunities where AI Agents can streamline business process workflows, elevate self-service decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes around revenue, margin, productivity and automation.

This role will sit at the intersection of technology, business intelligence, AI and customer ROI. On one hand, you will be hands-on in defining and guiding customers towards AI Agent based Business Intelligence pilots, whilst on the other, you will ensure AI Agents directly address strategic business outcomes for our customers (e.g. reducing support costs, converting pipeline, addressing roadmap efficiencies, accelerating revenue opportunities, determining ROI on strategy, headcount ROI, driving margin, etc).

Working in direct collaboration with the customer, and internal AI / BI data teams, this is a high impact role directly on the frontline building trust and credibility with the prospective customer’s specific challenges and goals around customer ROI acceleration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full AI Agent delivery lifecycle, including pilot discovery, scoping, and implementation.
  • Own the customer partnership, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal AI/BI teams from kickoff through successful deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to design, test, and launch AI Agents that deliver measurable business ROI.
  • Define and track customer KPIs to ensure they directly inform AI Agent performance and delivery metrics.
  • Align with Data and BI teams to specify dashboard and reporting requirements that support KPI goals.
  • Work with AI teams to define and refine prompts that enhance trust, accuracy, and reliability in AI Agent performance.
  • Validate and gain customer sign-off on AI Agent functionality before production launch.
  • Analyze and report on pilot performance, measuring results against defined customer KPIs and success criteria.
  • Act as a product expert and super-user of the Lemmata AI Platform, maintaining deep knowledge of AI Agent capabilities and ensuring customer on-boarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Start-up mindset with agility to adapt quickly to evolving products and urgency to solve customer challenges.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to technical teams.
  • Strong expertise across Data, Business Intelligence (BI), and mapping to customer KPI and business process pain points.
  • Proven ability to design and implement data solutions integrating sources such as ERP, CRM, Data Lakes, POS, MRP systems etc.
  • Experienced in project management, relationship management, and enterprise SaaS/AI implementations—hands-on when needed, yet capable of leading implementation teams.
  • Proactive and outcome-driven, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, both in writing and conversation.
  • Demonstrated success in driving change management for large-scale SaaS and AI initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation and alignment skills to bridge executive vision with frontline execution and ensure smooth pilot-to-production transitions.
  • Proven track record of accelerating customer adoption and time-to-value, grounded in ROI-focused delivery.

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of ETL pipelines
  • Knowledge of Data models, semantic layers and AI concepts
  • Familiarity with business change management
  • Held a hands-on Operations, Consultancy, Finance or BI line level role in a medium or large company.
  • Understanding of SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection regulations, ensuring that data handling practices meet legal standards.
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau etc.
  • Knowledge of operational business finance concepts.
