[Remote] Principal Product Manager, Identity & Security

They are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their identity management and security portfolio, driving the evolution of their solutions and impacting key business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to translate high-level corporate goals into actionable product strategies.
  • Define and articulate the product vision for LastPass Identity and Security, maintaining a clear, customer-focused roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term growth.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to craft go-to-market strategies for key customer segments, and develop operational plans that drive scalable, profitable growth.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, including market and user research, competitive analysis, strategic planning, positioning, requirements gathering, and product launches.
  • Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements to guide engineering teams through prototyping and development.
  • Leverage market insights and data to shape sales strategies and inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure timely, predictable delivery of roadmap initiatives.

Skills

  • Product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • A proven track record of leading business-critical, admin-focused SaaS products at the core of successful B2B or B2C platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams and effectively communicate product vision and plans to stakeholders, executives, customers, analysts, and partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-moving organizations with multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting priorities.
  • Domain expertise in cybersecurity is highly preferred.
  • Educational or professional background in Computer Science, Product Development, or Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) domains.
  • Strong working knowledge of key identity and security technologies, including: Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols such as SAML and OIDC, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR), Zero Trust Architecture and Principles.
