Ideal Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in Define and drive the Program roadmap, program or project management within AI, data science, or digital transformation environments.
• in alignment with Epson’s innovation and sustainability vision.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale programs or projects in AI, data science, or digital transformation environments.
• Strong grasp of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including data governance, MLOps, and deployment best practices.
• Proven expertise in leading cross-functional, global teams and executing complex technology programs.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Background in hardware, imaging, or robotics industries is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or equivalent are advantageous.
