Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on coding expertise to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions.
• The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building production-grade ML systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation across AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable machine learning systems for enterprise applications
• Build, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models in production environments
• Implement advanced statistical and mathematical models
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for ML model consumption
• Work with NLP, deep learning, and transformer-based models, including LLMs
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability
• Provide technical guidance, contribute to AI strategy, and best practices

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with strong focus on AI/ML engineering
• Hands-on coding experience in Python (or similar ML programming languages)
• Strong experience in model development, training, and deployment
• Expertise in designing scalable ML systems\
• Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs for ML models
