Job Title: AI Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and help design and implement intelligent solutions that enhance development workflows and data-driven decision making. The role focuses on building agentic frameworks using modern AI coding assistants and applying machine learning and analytics techniques to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating AI tools into development environments and working with data to build predictive and automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic frameworks that enable autonomous or semi-autonomous task execution using modern AI coding tools.
- Implement AI-assisted development workflows using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude.
- Build and deploy machine learning models to support predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into applications and platforms.
- Develop reusable AI components, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend tools or approaches to improve engineering productivity.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience building agentic or AI-driven frameworks using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and model development.
- Experience with data analytics and data-driven solution development.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI development (such as Python or similar).
- Understanding of AI model integration, APIs, and automation workflows.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
- Experience building AI-enabled developer productivity tools or automation systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and deploying AI/ML solutions in scalable environments.

- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related fields.
