Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist for an internship-to-partner track opportunity. This is not your typical internship — it's a hands-on role where you'll:

• Learn how to design, test, and deploy AI automations using industry-standard tools.
• Work directly on projects for real companies owned by me in hospitality, logistics, automotive, and beyond.
• Help us build a scalable AI services team from the ground up.

The right candidate will start by learning and building, then transition into client-facing work, and eventually grow into a Managing Partner role if they prove themselves.

What You'll Do

• Learn AI automation tools (we provide access and training).
• Build and test automations on live company use cases.
• Collaborate with leadership to design workflows that deliver ROI for clients.
• Support in creating documentation, client training, and implementation strategies.
• Contribute to building and scaling a world-class AI services team.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for AI, automation, and entrepreneurship (you don't need to be an expert yet, but need to be willing to put in the work).
• Problem-solver with strong curiosity and willingness to learn fast.
• Comfortable experimenting, breaking, and fixing things until they work.
• Tech-savvy (experience with no-code/low-code tools, APIs, or Zapier/Make is a plus).
• Based in Chicago, IL (this role requires local presence for meetings and future leadership responsibilities).

Growth Path

• Phase 1: Internship (No Payor or Project Based, Show me you can learn and build these tools). Learn the tools and practice on real builds I give you to test your ability.
• Phase 2: AI Specialist (Full-Time). Begin taking on paying client projects.
• Phase 3: Leadership / Managing Partner. Lead teams, manage client relationships, and share in profits.

Job Type: Internship-to-Full-Time (with Partner Track)

Compensation: Stipend initially, with rapid growth opportunities into salaried + profit share.
