Job Title: Senior Generative AI Engineer

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer with strong experience working with healthcare Payer data and building advanced AI solutions on the Azure cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agentic AI, NLP, and modern LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph. Exposure to ML model deployment and familiarity with ETL/SSIS development is highly valuable. This role supports the development of intelligent, scalable, and secure AI-driven capabilities for our healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for healthcare Payer workflows and analytics.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging Azure Cognitive Search and vector-based retrieval systems.
• Build NLP models for text understanding, summarization, extraction, classification, and conversational applications.
• Implement AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and LLM orchestration tools.
• Support ML model deployment on Azure (Azure Machine Learning, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure ML endpoints).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions aligned with Payer data requirements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards (HIPAA, PHI).
• (Nice to Have) Assist with or maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS to support data integration and transformation tasks.
• Produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• Good to have hands on experience working with Payer data or healthcare data environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Data Lake, Functions, Cognitive Search).
• Proven experience in Generative AI, RAG architectures, Agentic AI, NLP, and LLM-based solution development.
• Proficiency with Python, vector databases, prompt engineering, and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building LLM applications and autonomous agents.
• Exposure to ML deployment, model pipelines, and operationalization (MLOps).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ETL development using SSIS and traditional data warehousing workflows.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, containerization, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST).
