AI-Centric Solution Architecting for Global IT Intern - Entry Level Sales Program 2026

Introduction

Working with a Worldwide team of Solution Architects, who design and build architectural solutions for real world problems across all Industries. The output being the blueprint for an implementation that meet specific business needs. Our Primary roles include: providing strategic guidance in the development process, making technical decisions regarding solutions and explaining how they will impact the organization.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Your role will be to help design and delivery required material to feed into this process. We require blueprint material highlighting repeatable architectural solutions. We need to ensure that what we produce covers AI, Agentic AI for products and it’s role in future deliverables across not only our Automation Portfolio of products but encompasses other related areas like Data, Sustainability and Security.

You will be working with Engineers to help feed information into the process and do develop a ‘library’ of reusable material in the for of whitepapers, assets and accelerators.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Background (courses or work experience) in LLM AI models and platforms (e.g. watsonx.ai).
• Background (courses or work experience) with conversational and agentic AI
• Background (courses or work experience) with software development (Java)
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and pain points and ability to apply AI to best address them

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Skills with Data Science and traditional AI/ML modeling evaluation (classification, regression)
• Understanding of AI Governance
• Experience in solution architectures
