The VInA2I organization is a multi-disciplinary team focused on applying advances in Voice Analytics, Conversational AI and Ambient sensing across multiple customer segments and a broad set of use cases spanning end customer innovation at the home to backend systems supporting our associates, care teams and providers. This is a unique opportunity to work on the cusp of technology and Health Care!ResponsibilitiesThis person is the primary lead on the program and responsible for the overall technical solution:Will architect overall solution and guide the development teamDevelop required AI platform, components and associated models required for properly training the modelCoordinate and execute AI model training process and data integration activitiesWill be responsible for designing and implementing strategies, architectures, ingestion, storage, consumption and delivery processes for complex, large-volume, multi-variate, batch and real time data sets used for modelingWill participate in and lead technical due diligence to evaluate internal and external vended solutions.Required QualificationsExceptionally skilled in translating the business requirements to the technical development team and knowledge of specific tools and methodologies appliedExperience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, Scala, Python, JavaScriptStrong background in Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision, Speech Language Understanding, Machine Learning or Artificial IntelligenceProven track record of leading enterprise and solution architecture delivery and adoptionExcellent writing and oral communication skills, with proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with executives, business stakeholders and technical teamsBroad knowledge of architecture domains, including business, application, data, infrastructure and security architecturesExtensive knowledge of infrastructure architecture design, including cloud-based infrastructureDemonstrated expertise with one full life cycle analytics engagement across strategy, design and implementationExperience delivering capabilities including (but not limited to): Omnichannel - Queuing, routing, and experience, Softphone, AI/ML, Chatbots & Voicebots, Voice Authentication, Desktop Process Automation and Analytics, Speech Analytics, Call Recording, Workforce Management, etc.Experience with AWS SageMaker, Google tensorflow and or other Data Science platformsPreferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in computer science or a related discipline, such as data science, applied mathematics, electrical engineering, or systems engineeringExperience influencing and building mindshare convincingly with any audience.
