NLP / LLM Agentic Systems Engineer

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced NLP / LLM Engineer to design and implement intelligent, agentic AI systems. This role focuses on building end-to-end solutions that leverage LLM/NLP to automate complex decision-making and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy agentic AI systems using LLMs and NLP frameworks.
Build internal automation tools with a path toward scalable, customer-facing products.
Collaborate with cross-functional AI/ML teams to design intelligent automation and quality-control systems.
Contribute to early-stage ML initiatives (e.g., classification, scoring) as part of onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning (BSc/MSc in CS or related field preferred).
Strong proficiency in Python and common data libraries (NumPy, Pandas).
Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, Small Agent, or similar.
Proven ability to design and implement full-stack AI agent systems (beyond prompt-based applications).
Familiarity with LLM deployment (API-based or self-hosted).

Nice to Have

Experience deploying open-source AI solutions (especially on AWS).
Background in big data, security, or automation.
Active interest in emerging AI/ML research and tools.
