Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Prompt Engineer, located in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Prompt Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and refining natural language prompts to enhance AI model outputs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing AI behavior, experimenting with creative strategies, and documenting outcomes to improve system performance. The role also involves staying updated on the latest AI trends and adapting strategies for cutting-edge implementations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI/ML concepts, and large language model optimization
• Strong programming skills, including experience with Python and relevant AI libraries
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Ability to conduct research and experiment with prompt engineering techniques
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
• Experience in AI integration and application development is a plus
